Both actresses are married to men, so considering…I’d say no. ---

On a somewhat weird note, Hilarie Burton lives with Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who used to play the character of Denny Duquette on the show. ---

There’s never been any rumors that I’ve seen about Jessica Capshaw. Been married a long while, has three kids, two while on GA. (They did a really good job of working around it. More shows should do that. OTOH, they did a “Fat Lexie” thing when she was pregnant.) There have been rumors about Sara Ramirez. In particular, her previous engagement was widely considered to be phony. With her being a lesbian the number one reason for all that. So, she is married now. And no one in Hollywood has ever gotten into a fake marriage to hide their sexuality, of course. ---
