For example, Democrats spent the last 6-7 decades denouncing Socialism, yet Republicans still trot out that accusation against everything from the ACA to the most basic climate change regulations to any kind of unemployment program or change to the tax structure. Meanwhile we’ve gotten to the point where most Americans don’t actually know what the fuck socialism IS.
