Let me know about some lesser known scifi movies!

The Wizard of Speed and Timeis a light fantasy movie about one of the arts of making fantasy movies – stop-motion animation.

I just watched Idaho Transfer last night, I liked it until the ridiculous “twist” ending that made NO SENSE!

The movie itself was a neat and kinda creative low budget time travel picture, ok it is a little absurd to think the US government would allow a community college to experiment with a time machine and let a bunch of undergrad hippies be the sole staff to begin with:p But the military eventually decides enough kiddies which kicks the plot into gear with the kids deciding to run to the future and stay there. Some of the actors were shit, but the overall mood was good and I really liked the premise and was wondering where it was going with the future being devoid of all humanity, great mystery as what happened?

Then came the “twist” Imagine if The Terminator ended with the terminator exploding with a fart noise and spraying candy everywhere like a pinata.:smack:

Solaris (the Russian original) is the only movie I have ever walked out of the theater on. Man, it sucked. Subject myself to the Clooney remake? I like myself too much!

Its already been mentioned, but I am going to give Iron Sky another mention. Yes, its got Nazis on the moon, but the most interesting part of the movie is the Sarah Palin look alike as POTUS. “Of course we lied! Its what we do!”.

Its on Netflix now.

Probably a mundane question, but does anybody remember a line from a 1950’s SciFi “B” movie:“kill it before it spreads”?
