There’s a website that has all the stats, and the answers if you want them. So, it gives you a count, then also how many of each length, how many starting with each letter. Yes to Noir and Norm, no to Mormon (proper noun). ---

Ah, I thought it was somewhere on the game page and I missed it. It would be nice to know if it’s worth it to go after Queen Bee. Most of the time it’s not, especially when they use a stupid word like ‘tomtit’ or a variation of ‘yenta.’ Not that I’m bitter. I’m dead in the water at 45. ---

Or “orlop” or “pampa”. Not that I’m bitter. I never get Queen Bee without using that website to see how many of each letter, and even then I usually don’t get it. After I close this one out, I’ll put in the link that I look at. ---

I work hard to get to Genius, then look at the William Shunn website to get the stats, then try for a couple more (especially if I’m missing some four letter ones), then I give up and look at the answers. ---

Last week, they didn’t allow “cope” and people went ballistic. The editor apologized on twitter. Even cope as in coping saw is more common than “minim”, leaving aside the normal use of cope.
