Who was that character actor – usually in westerns – who only ever seemed to stand around with huge eyes, bushy eyebrows and look a little baffled ? Quite tall guy, maybe stooped a little sometimes……Maddon, Malden – not Karl, though………anyway, I feel a little like him………Loved that guy… ---

Sorry, not Sam Elliot. Don’t think so, **samarm** (but I could be wrong). This guy didn’t get many lines but he was always hanging around in the scene, somehow… Ohhh, I noticed Sam Elliot married Katherine Ross……’Raindrops keep falling on my head……’ ---

You know, as far as westerns go, I’ve always loved The Outlaw Josey Wales. Clint Eastwood is _not_ the best actor ever, but for this role, he was perfect. The movie _is a complete_ film, but has a couple different story lines that all come together. Although some people feel Josey is a _asshole and_ others that the movie is _dumb as a box of rocks_, I really, really like it. ---
