Ben knows how to take care of sinus blurfs. Mel knows how to take care of the need a good night’s sleep blurfs. They are both aware of each other and how each one takes care of my needs in a different way. Heck, Ben and Mel even live together. 😃 ---

I’ve realized I have 2 breakfasts (or breakfesses as a friend of an ex-friend used to say). My first is around 7:30 and is protein based–eggs and grapefruit. Second is around 10 and is usually cereal, milk, and a banana. Today I am throwing caution to the winds and having an apple instead of a banana. The irk is IRKSOME today. ---

Herself decided to take a Mental Health Day (or at least as close to mental health as the two of us get) so we got to breakfast together at Don’s Under the Bridge – a favorite of ours. I have to irk but I got a good assignment yesterday so I’m cool with it; at least until todays schedule gets posted. We were informed we’re going to be business as usual Easter Sunday. Nothing specific has been said at this point and I don’t have to work Sundays but I’m feeling out my Pastor (not in _that_ way) and considering putting in for voluntary time so some of my co-workers can spend the day with their family and friends – assuming they have any of either. I’m just playing wait and see for now. ---

Speaking of accessorizing the kitchen, if you’re itching for some “As seen on The Food Network” countertop bling, I can recommend the Breville food processor. Ours is “Cinnamon” which seems to be Australian for **“So RED even a kangaroo can see it”** and it’s definitely a splurge, but they really did a nice job thinking the thing out. ---

I’ve heard Mel and Ben swing both ways, **spidey**. 😃 It’s another chilly day here. We went from 80F Wednesday to mid forties by last night and it isn’t supposed to get much warmer this weekend. Tonight is rehearsal with the heathens. We’re doing a women’s acapella arrangement of _We Will Rock You_. Tonight is the first practice. ---

GMTA - I’m thinking about ordering pizza. When it came time to rotiss the chickie, I just wasn’t in the mood for poultry. Actually, what I want are shrimp tacos from Salsa’s! But I don’t feel like getting dressed to be seen outside the house, so pizza is a better choice. Must consult spousal unit. ---

tis a cold, dreary Spring day. But there’s beerverages and hockey, so I’m good. Dinner is Chipolte BBQ chicken with smoky sweet rice and a salad with chipolte cumin vinaigrette. Alas, the rice wine vinegar committed hari-kari, so the kitchen smells like a sushi joint right now. Glad to hear it, **Midget**.🙂 **gotti** , that looks awesome. I enjoy good kitchen porn. ---
