# Let's have some breakfast in the MMP!

I went and took some cans back to the store this morning. Got some money for them. Bought coffee. 🙂 Went to the bank (had to put money in to pay off debts, boo) and went to the nearby dollar store that’s closing so they’re having a sale. Being a dollar store, they sell a lot of junk, but they also sell a lot of decent craft supplies. Went a few other places too.

Had to dust off the car this AM and had some flurries heading to breakfast. And several drivers were caught napping overnight and crashed on some slick spots. Welcome to PA in March.

Instead of rotissing, I decided to roast the chicken. It has the added benefit of adding some warmth to the house, 'cause it’s dang cold in here!!! It’s smelling really yummy, and I need to think about sides.

\*\*FCD \*\*has his MRI tomorrow, so we’re skipping breakfast out and going for lunch after he’s done. Wonder what they’re serving in the hospital cafeteria?? :eek:

Off to the kitchen with me now!

Damn blood thinners, I cut my finger on the backwards knife today and what should have been nothing more than a few drops of blood turned into little riverlets running down my arm. Damn knife.

Back when I was delivering papers and pet sitting, I irked long days. Sah-son would help out by putting my clothes in the dryer for me and bringing them upstairs for me.  
I’d usually got to bed around 5 or 6 and I’d remind him to please have my laundry upstairs by midnight when I got up.

One night I told him if he didn’t he didn’t have to to me in time I’d have to go to irk nekkid.

Smart ass that he is, he said don’t worry mom, I wouldn’t anybody to see you nekkid, it would make them go blind

The roast chickie was very yum. There’s enough left over for a chickie pot pie later this week. Tomorrow, I’ll hack the rest of the meat off the carcass and set it aside for pie-age. Meanwhile, I’s stuffded. Yum!

Lazy day followed by lazy evening. Hope that’s followed by sleepful night,

**Midget** , nothing personal, but I’m not interested in seeing you eat toast, nekkid or otherwise. In my perfect world, the only time people should post food pics would be if they made something spectacularly beautiful - like when I made pretzels. 😃

I don’t usually post pictures of food either, unless I have some sort of reason to (like when I posted a picture of my homemade doughnuts.)

And after saying that, I went to FB where my daughter posted a photo of her dinner plate tonight. But to be fair, she never used to do much cooking, so I guess this was worth bragging about, pictorially. It did look tasty.

And I enjoyed your doughnut pic. I’d have enjoyed it more if I’d had a doughnut… 😉

**Mooom** , is FCD going to a large hospital or a community one? IME, the mid sized community hospitals tend to have decent food. The big city hospitals, not so much.

I went up to the river today to do a little sketching. I had to dress warmly, but it was pretty otherwise. Came hom and puttered in the studio before fixing ginger poke stir fried wit some red bell peppers, carrots, bean sprouts and baby bok choy and served over buckwheat noodles.
