There is a Folger’s coffee commercial playing now that appears to be a remake of the vintage “Peter comes home for Christmas” commercial. The young lady who plays the younger sister is beautiful as is, and when she finishes growing up, she’s gonna need a stick to fight the guys off. Once upon a time there was an ad in a carpet store. This is about 1998-9 or so. It was a redhead with her back to the camera, looking over her shoulder. (Or maybe I have that backwards, it’s been a long time). Her hair blended into a carpet (oriental rug design, I think) that draped over her shoulders and onto the floor. What, you want a picture? So do I. ☹ Can I win the most obscure, vague and useless reference award for this thread? The only hope I have of any sort of recognition is that it was in a mildly conspicuous location. If any Dopers took the DC Metro Red Line to Silver Spring, MD and walked up the hill about two or three blocks (about two before you got to the library), you’d have seen it. ---

I don’t know if it’s what the OP wants - I just notice every time I’m on goodreads, or at [kiva.org](http://kiva.org), there’s tons of beautiful women who are members. Distractingly beautiful. I guess I know their first names, if their usernames are their real names, but to me they’re anonymous. ---
