If he requests that the House of Representatives grant him a large state funeral, it’s a sure bet that they will find a way to block the request. ---

Actually I think the two posts that were not warned (mine included) raises an interesting question. How are the funerals paid for? Is there an Executive-Branch celebration slush fund they can reach into? Does Congress pass a quick and dirty spending bill? Could someone/anyone in DC conceivably say, “If it is up to us, dump his carcass into an unmarked grave and ride a thousand horses over it.”?
