# Let's talk about chili crisp (condiment with chili flakes, garlic, etc. in oil)

From the ones I’ve tried, and some aren’t cheaply available in Canada, I think I prefer the angry grandma with the peanuts. Mixed with hot horseradish, it is especially delicious on steak.

My wife has been adding this to ramen soup; finding a peanut in the bottom of the bowl is like finding a prize in a Crackerjack box!
