I’ve been highly disappointed with the diabetes books marketed to patients. They just seem… dumbed down. I’m finding MUCH better info from stuff targeted to doctors. Sure, I have to look up some words, and there’s parts that I’m sure I don’t “get” as well as a doctor, but overall they’ve given me a much better view of the disease without the “spin” that the layperson books have.
