In an e-mail conversation with a g-mail user, he said frat, as in “fraternity”. and soon he was getting google ads for fart machines and stuff like that. So, in the spirit of my inner 12-year old: Frat, Frat, Frat, Frat, Frat. Fart, Fart, Fart, Fart, Fart. (better safe than sorry) ---

At the risk of upsetting the mods, it took me about 30 seconds to block them off my view of the SDMB. It isn’t difficult. So now I say: What are these “ads” of which you speak?? ---

They appear just directly under the last post in a thread. If you don’t see them they are getting blocked either by your browser or perhapse upstream on your intenet connection. What browser are you using? Oily mechanical nuses, wearing pvc uniforms … ---

I’m looking for a goat. Does anyone have any idea where I might find one? I like goats. Goats are cool. Surely, someone somewhere knows where I might be able to buy a goat. I’ve heard of some new thing called a search engine that might help, but I don’t know how to use them. Perhaps if I had a goat, she would know. Goat goat goat. ---

Select ‘Adblock I-Frame’. Block this URL: [http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/\*](http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/*) Then all you see is the ‘Sponsored Link’ line. No ad. ---
