# Letting a mod know he has e-mail

I’m not sure I understand your question. If you sent an email to a Mod, and if the title of the email was something helpful, she will know that she has an email when she opens her mail.  
I suppose you could send it twice with a different title if you think there is some risk that the title will be caught by spam-filters.
