I confess to having gotten the idea from a [diarist](http://www.dailykos.com/story/2004/5/14/2440/62372) over at the [Daily Kos](http://www.dailykos.com/) blog. But I went through the platform on my own, so I used a lot of quotes he didn’t use.

Chalabi was Clinton’s fault! Says so right there, he rammed the legislation through Congress…

(I’d say he “rammed it down their throats” but that would open this genteel discussion to cheap shots that I _know_ you guys will take advantage of…)
