I’m going with Whittaker. I noticed that immediately when Trump made him the Acting AG, not only because of his appearance, but because he fit the evil character too. (Curious why OP is bringing this up now.) ---

No political motivations here on this one. Just saw Lex on something recently and someone in another place referenced Jeff Bezos as an LL double. So I was just going for the humorous aspect. Some good selections here so far. ---

And in the spirit of the thread, Whittaker looks too thick-set, to my eye, to be Luthor. I always picture him as a thin man. ---

Pretty much any villain with a bald head. Corey Stoll (Yellowjacket) from Ant Man Ernst Blofeld from James Bond. I would have never picked Jon Cryer to be Lex , but he does a really good job. ---
