This is not intended as a pitting, I just don’t know if he would spot it in IMHO or MPSIMS - perhaps it belongs in GQ. **Lib** , what’s up with the name change? ---

I thought I saw a post with both of them in at the same time. Since Names are dynamic it is not possible they are the same person (unless one is a sock) ---

I was surprised when I saw the ‘Liberal’ name, then noticed the poster had been here since 1999 with 15K posts. How could I have not heard of this person before, I thought. Then I noticed quotes from Liberal in people’s posts being attributed to Libertarian, and realized it was a name change. I’m curious too, I wonder if he’ll explain whatever reasons are behind the change. ---

It’s definately a name change. I looked up an old thread **Libertarian** was in and sure enough it’s **Liberal** now. Weird. ---

Thanks for the links **Q.E.D.** , **Ginger**. I think that using a definition of the work “liberal” that hasn’t been in use in this country in some decades is only going to bring him grief, but, well, it’s his name. ---
