Here are a few things:

1. Immediate debt cancellation for every Latin American country.

2. Dismantle the IMF, World Bank and WTO.

3. Eliminate NAFTA, GATT, FTAA, and all of the other investor rights agreements.

4. Eliminate military support to all Latin American states.

5. Close down the School of the Americas (related to #4, but a bit different)

The freedom to run your buisness as you please would be more similar to the freedom to run a goverment as you please. None of the other rights can coexist with the right to run a buisness however you see fit unless you see fit to include those rights.
