Because obviously stumbling over whether a course of action in a significant international issue is right or wrong, then apologizing about everything swirling in one’s head, is exactly what being a leader is all about. ---

Libya was so last month. You can’t expect Cain to live in the past, can you? Cain now says he is worried about assassination plots, and requested Secret Service protection. Perhaps he is getting ready to quit the campaign for the sake of his wife (and her divorce lawyer?) ---

I am so afraid of the Republican clown car, I plan to switch parties to vote for one of them in the New Hampsire Republican primary. Which ever one has the best chance to knock off Romney will do, but I am hoping it is Cain or Bachman, because they entertain me the most. ---

The first story was he wanted protection from the reporters. I am sure he has changed that by now. ---

Barack Obama was given secret service protection earlier in the 2008 cycle than Cain. I’m sure the fact that they are both black can only be a cosmic coincidence and not at all reflective of the way certain segments in our society think. ☹ ---

I’m for giving him protection anyway, just in case, but I wonder if there is anything credible behind this. His enemies are too busy laughing at him to be dangerous.
