[2 Whales stranded in Sacramento](http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/05/18/delta.whales.ap/index.html) I guess Spock failed to tell them to go west, not east. I dunno if they are a male/female pair, but it would seem logical to assume so. ---

I was thinking of that movie this morning as well when they were playing the whale sounds on the morning news. ---

The whales are consuming the first 25 minutes of every local news show. I wonder if the whales like Italian? ---

There are a lot of sailors milling about the hanger bay and I am one of them. I did say for about 3 seconds. 😃 BTW: The Carrier used in the movie for interior shots was really CV-61 USS Ranger. It was a fun week when they were on board. I have a few photos of Nimoy directing and Chekov acting. Jim ---
