# Light Bulbs:  Inside I can't kill 'em. Outside they last a month

Light bulbs can blow out after they are turned on, but it’s not very common. I’ve seen it happen a few times.

Want to make your bulbs last longer? Put 'em all on DIMMERS. Because these run the current through the filament gradually, the bulb almost never burns out. I’m talking years.
