I’ve seen a number of OPs on this board that have been split in to 2 or even 3 parts, presumably due to length. ---

Just an observation in passing, and a note for drmark. Observation: It’s always best to check with the staff before posting anything out of the ordinary in terms of breadth or length; this is not The Manifesto Corner. You are invited to query on the board or in email with any of us for direct recommendation. It’s always better to ask permission that forgiveness. Permission is often granted but forgiveness is not always forthcoming. Drmark, I would hope your recent time away from the board has given you a better perspective on things and a desire to be a happier and more effective member of the message board community. That would be the best that the staff here could think of and what we want for everyone, not just you. Use wisely your power of choice. TubaDiva Nod’s as good as a wink. ---
