While it’s clear that she’s batshit insane for trying to claim any defamation from these commercials, I’m behind her 100% when it comes to trying to get them off the air. Those little bastards creep me right the fuck out, they do. ---

She claims she’s a one name celebrity like Cher. Wasn’t every 3rd baby girl born about the same time named Lindsey? The other two names being Britney and Ashley. I thought she was referred to as LiLo? Shouldn’t she be suing Disney for royalties on Lilo and Stitch? ---

Lohan made Mean Girls in 2004. In 2002, she had made one Disney movie and had a couple of other small appearances and was known by pretty much no one. So… Yeah, that sounds about right for her. She’ll probably sue Disney in a couple months, after this suit gets forgotten about. ---

I don’t pay the slightest attention to “celebrity news”. But she seemed to be on the way to a good, solid career. It’s a shame that she’s apparently decided to throw all that away. I enjoyed her work in _Mean Girls_ and she was even good in [Altman’s last piece of shit](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0420087/). Hopefully she’ll get it together like Drew Barrymore did. \* - Note: Yes, I realize she’s not Meryl Streep, but she is working steadily, producing films and occasionally doing [genuinely excellent work](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0758751/). ---

I’m a couple years older than her and I thought that our age range is when our name was more popular, but I haven’t really met many other Lindsa/eys. Names like Jessica seem more widespread. Documents relating to the design for the ad came out. Other terms considered conisdered in place of “Milkaholic” were “Gutter hound”, “Skank cake” and “Fish Face” When LiLo’s mom, Dina, saw it she got all misty-eyed at how [close it matched a description of her daughter](http://wonderwall.msn.com/movies/lohan-lawsuit-documents-emerge-1542302.story?GT1=28135). 😃 It must be sad that even your mother thinks so little of you publicly, or will, at least, claim to for $100 mil. ---

Agree, although I’ve sort of given up hope, she’s going for the Amy Winehouse don’t waste your hope on lost causes award. Such a waste. I’m currently rooting for Miley not to slip - she’s showing all the signs of succumbing to “screwed up kid star” syndrome.
