# Link to a single post?

How does one create a link to a single post within a thread rather than to the whole thread?

Click the number in the top right corner of the post and you can link to that individual post.

Now, you can also link to an individual post within a thread without making it pop out that way. But I can’t remember how to do it.

1. Find out post number, using any of several methods, for example the method mentioned by Marley23 in post 2 of this thread

2)Type in this (replace 10007344 with the post number you want to link to)  
[post=10007344]my link description here[/post]  
and it will appear like this  
[post=10007344]my link description here[/post]
