When these boards began, before the turn of the millennium, we allowed pictures in all forums. I think that I was quite traumatized ENOUGH by the static goatse image, thank you very much. More seriously, while an occasional video or pic can be extremely useful in context, we had a lot of people who abused the image function, and not just with goatse. We also had servers that just couldn’t handle the load, and would have to be reset about 3 PM Central every day. I don’t know if our servers could handle the load today, and I don’t particularly want to find out. ---

In a way maybe you are right by keeping vids and pics out of here,another forum I’m on, there is a woman who posts the most craziest pics I’ve ever came across,she’s got pics of a couple of fruitcakes with the sign saying ‘If every Jew in ww2 had a rifle and 20 rounds of ammo then Hitler would never have killed so many Jews.’ Barmy!!! ---
