My previous post on this subject seems to have died with the rest of the board. Is liposuction permanent, or does the fat come back if you continue eating (as I am sure I would) perhaps on strange places? ---

Liposuction removes the actual fat cells, which is good (assuming you have no complications) However, if you overeat after having the procedure done, not only will your remaining fat cells expand, but they will give rise to new, baby fat cells that, give time, will grow up to be big giant fat cells. If this goes on long enough, you’ll be back where you started. Once again, the only long term solution to weight problems is a permanent change in diet and activity level ---
