$115.50 (AUD) for a new electric element for our stove. $55.00 for some groceries from the supermarket…meat, milk, salad vegies, wine. $24.00 to fill up the car with gas. $56.00 " " " " " " petrol. $15 at the Op Shop for some jeans and shirts for The Bloke $40 for some groceries from the supermarket…as above, plus some coffee and rice. $10 for two take-away coffees and a couple of potato cakes and dimmies. $1.50 for the newspaper $7.20 for a lottery ticket $32.00 to fill up the car with gas. All in AUD, and does not include the bills I paid yesterday (mortgage, credit card, phone bill, internet bill and electricity bill). Geez, any wonder I’m broke all the time! ☹ ---

Today: Income tax payment ¥25,000 ($278.66) Extra payment on house loan ¥20,000 ($222.92) Postage on three packages ¥2830 ($31.54) Regular savings payment ¥40,000 ($445.85)(Yes, it was a business-ey day today!) Lunch (Bibimbap, yum!) ¥550 ($6.13) Haircut ¥3000 ($33.43) First son’s contribution to 3rd graders graduation flowers ¥750 ($8.36) Second son’s contribution to curry rice making at school ¥100 ($1.11) Yesterday Piano lesson fees ¥8000 ($89.17) Wedding present money for husband’s colleague ¥20,000 ($222.92) (ouch) 7-11 snacks with second son ¥450 ($5.01) That’s 11 items. And FAR TOO MUCH MONEY GONE!!! At least some of it was savings or for the house which is sort of savings. Sigh. ---
