Update! Fermentation time seems to be exactly two weeks. Yesterday, after a run and a shower, the nose pearl made its first May appearance. El Yucko. ---

May? It’s April 10. Still, I can’t get the idea out of my head of your nose pearl. Maybe you can save them and string them into a necklace? ---

Wow, am I out of it. Its first April appearance. Yeesh! Ooh, nose pearl necklace. I’d be following a family tradition if I did that. My Uncle George had his gallstones polished and made into a necklace which he presented to my Aunt Lois on their anniversary. Needless to say, half of my family is from Oklahoma.
