Did anyone else see this movie? I thought it looked horrible in the previews and got horrible reviews. The other day I picked it up at the movie store and my fiancee and I thought it was incredibly funny, mindless, but funny. Does anyone else share our opinion? I fear I am the only one who loved this movie. ☹ ---

My son is an Adam Sandler fan and I picked up the movie for him. And laughed like crazy. “Is he cute? He’s my son! I’m not a perv!” I’d see it again in a heartbeat, unlike “Meet the Parents”. ---

I saw a couple weekends ago and I thought it was a good movie. Not exactly a breathtaking wonderful piece of cinematic art but still good non the less. ---

Yeah, I own it on DVD, I thought it was hilarious, the best Adam Sandler movie I have seen yet (and though not a fan, I’m not an Adam Sandler hater). ---

I thought it had a few funny bits, but overall pretty worthless. It seemed to me to be a case of Adam Sandler coasting on Adam Sandler. Most of the scenes and jokes looked to be thought up on a few too many weekends of smoking and drinking and “Hey! Wouldn’t this be funny?” When I first heard of the movie I saw good possibilities. It would be funny if Sandler, as Sandler, were the Devil’s kid. “Yeah, I’m the Devil’s kid, whaddaya’ want?” Instead it was an infantile character brought about by a Sandler “funny” voice. Don’t get me wrong. I like Adam Sandler. When he’s on, he’s on. I hope this movie’s failure gets him back on track. There’s on use coasting on popularity, even if it does get you several million dollars. At least that’s what I thought. ---

I am glad that I am not the only one that enjoyed this movie. I thought it was much better than Waterboy which I found dissapointing. Nothing tops Happy Gilmore though. I also thought that having charcters from his other movies in Little Nicky was great. I now want a bulldog just so I can name him Mr. Beefy. ---

I don’t know what THAT is all about but . . It’s your typical stupid Adam Sandler movie. It certainly is far, far from Oscar nominee material, but if you asre going to rent an Adam Sandler movie, you can’t expect much. I agree it had some pretty funny gags thrown in. The Ozzy stuff was hilarious, as well as the Hitler gag. The two heavy metal dudes were pretty funny as well. The newscasts about the Mayor fucking up the city were rib busters. Overall, you need to turn your brain off while watching it. Glad I didn’t pay $7 to see it in the movies though.
