# Live Alone? Let’s Talk About Meal Prepping

And I react the same way to homemade or restaurant mac n cheese. It’s just a nasty low-flavor casserole with no nostalgia to make it worth eating.

We got rather little packaged kid food and ate what our parents ate; no real food for them and McNuggets for us. But Blue Box was an exception that we all ate now and again.

Actually, I might should pick up some real cheese to add to the concoction. My daughter had this thing where she’d tear up a couple of Kraft Singles into every box of mac’n’chese we’d make. It helped (although I think I’ll buy some Jack and cheddar or pepperjack),
