# Live broadcast of my choir's performance of La Damnation de Faust

On Saturday night we’re giving the second of two performances of _La Damnation de Faust_ by Berlioz. We’ve come to Melbourne to join with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (MSO) and the MSO Chorus, under the baton of Sir Andrew Davis.

The soloists are Bryn Terfel as Méphistophélès, Andrew Staples as Faust and Renata Pokupić as Marguerite.

Saturday night’s performance (21 March) will be broadcast live on ABC Classic FM. The concert begins at 8.00pm\* Australian eastern daylight daving time.

The best audience reaction is after the ladies’ scream in the litany just before the Pandemonium.
