As I mentioned, my cat Stripe will watch my laptop computer, if it is cats or kittens on YouTube; as with the Pittsburgh kitty-cam. My other cats will watch my flat-screen TV, if the program is something that interests them (nature programs, often featuring birds, for example). But they had no interest when similar programs were on my old CRT-TV. Interesting! ---
