The cam seems to be down right now. Anyone know if there could be something going on why the streets would be empty and now the power may be out? ---

You never see streets that calm in the French Quarter. There is no obvious damage from those shots. ---

If you’re referring to the calm, dry, shot of a yellow car to the left and a guy in a white shirt crossing the street to the right - that’s a static shot that’s been up for quite awhile now. ---
