I searched for 5 minutes before Bush’s speech for a site that would stream it live and could not find one. Not having a TV, I was forced to listen to the radio.

I would have liked to watch it live using my computer, but C’est la vie (please excuse me if I mutilated this). Next time though, does anyone know of a site that has live streaming of news and presidential speeches?
