Just because you or I don’t like or prefer a particular posting style doesn’t merit locking a harmless thread that others are having fun/entertainment with. ---

You seem to be of the opinion that, if _you_ are entertained by a thread and/or post, it doesn’t really matter if the poster follows the rules of this message board. I am of a different opinion. That was unnecessarily acerbic, **Tzar**. I agree that this whole issue is a tempest in a teapot. **Super K** wasn’t banned, suspended, or even given a warning, so who gives a fuck? But the “my job description _requires_ me” bullshit is why you should have never picked up the mod hat again. Your posts as a mod are never polite. ---

He said he \*didn’t \*care for the posting style, but that personally liking or disliking a posting style alone was not good enough reason to shut down a thread. He was responding to posters who were complaining about not liking the posting style. ---

If the style is putting half a dozen different topics in one post, I would say it is enough reason to close a thread. ---

Now you may wish to argue that the thread in question wasn’t actually violating a board rule, or that the interpretation of the rule was questionable, or whatever, but trying to argue that **Czarcasm** isn’t supposed to enforce the rules?
