# logging in, staying logged in

When I want to post to a thread, I go down to the bottom of the page and type my message in, type my username and password in, and submit… it says I’m not logged in and I need to login. I _just_ logged in I thought, by typing my username and password. What makes it even more annoying, is that after I relogin, it says it cant find the thread, or something, and tells me to pick a forum to jump too… so if I don’t c&p my message, I lose it.
Alternatively, is there a way to be permantely logged in? My roommate says she is, but she doesn’t know how she did it.

I’m still not used to the concept of “stickys”; they weren’t here the last time I was an avid surfer.
And I was rather hurried when I posted so I didn’t root around, I didn’t realize there was a so obvious answer. I tried searching for “login” as a keyword and didn’t get much. :smack:
