hmmm, I never considered that Lola was a transvestite for some reason. I guess the line “she squeezed my tight and nearly broke my spine” would mean she had a man’s strength. Must have been one butch transvestite.

Nothing to add to the basic thrust of the conversation, but it would seem to me that a _dark brown voice_ would be just the thing to express _furious green ideas_.
