# Looking for a celebratory dessert for people with food allergies

That looks like something that would be served with mimosa’s at a bridal shower.

Just because it’s vegan doesn’t mean it’s healthy. I used to make and sell vegan cheese. A two ounce serving was a week’s worth of sodium and I stopped trying to put a calorie count on the label because the end users didn’t want to know it.
