Hi I’m looking for a French TV series/movie equivalent of ‘Blackadder’ or ‘Fawlty Towers’(very different settings of course). I’ve seen some hilarious French comedies over the years and some set in medieval France. Sadly, I never noted the names of the shows I watched. Can anyone help identify any such equivalent shows/series/movies with links if possible. ---

For a French medieval series: _Kaamelott_, parody of king Arthur and the quest of graal. Be sure to see from the debut, there is 6 seasons. The first ones are short sketches (but with an overall evolution, new characters introduced) and in the later seasons there is a darker turn, withe longer episodes. there is also _Herocorp_ parody of superheroes with some retired living in a small isolated village. And _La petite histoire de France_ sketches on near famous historical characters ( brother of Joan of Arc, or Napoleon,etc…) Also _Un gars, une fille_ contemporary couple with everyday lives. you can also try _Le Palmashow_ and their long movie _La folle histoire de Max et Léon_ or a webserie _Le visiteur du futur._ ---
