I’m taking my old blog offline soon, but for my 3 or 4 fans (ie relatives), I want to make the archives available offline. I used a [frontend to wget](http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/internet_utilities/deepvacuum.html) to download my entire site with recursive links; and with a little extra tweaking it can now be viewed entirely offline.

Anyway, I’d like to offer this for download, but I don’t know receptive my relatives will be with unzipping a file to a place of their choosing, and digging around for index.html. I’m wondering if there are any simple installers available (for non-programmers) that will unzip the whole folder to a certain spot on the hard drive, and place a shortcut to index.html on the desktop.

I’m on a Mac, but I have access to Windows and this would need to be a Windows program.
