Trying to give a nephew a video drone that ideally has 720p or better resolution, streams the video to a phone or tablet, communicates at least to 100m, and has a “return to home” feature. Is there such a thing for under $150? Can you recommend one?

I’ve found most of the cheaper drones have less stabilization features and are a lot more difficult to control and tend to crash a lot . Not sure that an inexpensive drone is a great present for a kid as much as something that will be trashed in short order or put on the shelf when the operator discovers how difficult it is to play with.
