I forgot the name of a very good web page. Is more like a blog and they post anecdotes from history and chess problems an its solutions
The part about the chess problems is the key.
Could someone help me?

This sounds a lot like Futility Closet ([futilitycloset.com](http://futilitycloset.com)). They often post light & witty chess problems (check the ‘puzzles’ section), along with unusual facts about history, science, literature, etc.

Even if it’s not the site you were looking for, you might want to check it out. It’s almost always a good read, and most of the chess problems are pretty entertaining.
