I can’t remember the name of the comic, but I do remember some of the strips. They did not have any continuity from strip to strip, and one of the was about a pirate doing a heart bypass with a little wooden stent. Another was about a fat person calling for a food fight, and getting slapped by the supervisor of some third world food program…

I think you’re talking about Perrywood Bible Fellowship. I don’t read it myself, but I have friends who do, and they’ve made a point about the lack of continuity in it. Also, the food fight strip was linked here in a thread about humor IMHO.
