I like the image but I must nitpick: Make that _Greek_ remakes of Japanese monster movies as the Turks do not call it by its original Greek name…

Carp is delicacy in the right bayou neighborhoods. Steamed and slow cooked 'til the bones get soft then baked in a pie. (think canned salmon/halibut)  
mm-good gonna have me some polycarp pie for supper.  
er ‘scuse me, just call it fishpie and holler when it’s done. Anybody want the recipe?
