Looking for exercise advice

If you’re thinking about those body building competitions with women, I agree, they look grotesque. (IMHO.) But unless you’re heavy lifting 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, and sucking down protein powder like it’s going out of style, you’re not going to turn into a female version of a young Arnold Schwarzenegger. You’re going to look toned and healthy.
