This is a song I heard in a dance club in the Dominican Republic, 7 or 8 years ago. I couldn’t make out the words, but it seemed like English. The chorus sounded like, “This time du du du du du du du du du du.” The whole song was a solo female voice.

The notes just before the chorus, and the chorus are given. IIRC, it’s in G, and all notes I’m giving are from G above middle C to D above high C; all notes are 8th notes unless followed by q (quarter) or h (half). I’d say the metronome would be about 108 for a quarter note:

B D E Dq G A G Bq Aq Gq
Chorus:
B A Gq B D B D Bq B A G A Bh
B A Gq B D B D Bq B A G A Gh

Ring any bells?
