“Rabbit Hood” WAYYYYY too many lines from it to single out. Sir Loin of Beef. I shall hateth myself cometh the dawn. Once, at college, they showed this before a screening of Sound of Music. The whole balcony was filled with college students who could repeat the dialogue word for word. The poor professors on the main floor, there with their families, looked up and thought us nuts. We, of course, were truly rolling in the aisles. ---

I’m not sure if this counts, since it’s a Merry Melody and not a Looney Toon (is there a difference, btw?)… but I’ve always been fond of [Owl Jolson](http://www.bcdb.com/cartoon_characters/492-I_Love_To_Singa.html) singing “I Love To Singa”. I always get that song stuck in my head when I think about it. ---

There is an hilarious Chuck Jones one, _A Hound For Trouble_, starring Charlie Dog, which I am sure may never be shown again. This is because it is horribly un-PC – it makes tremendous fun of Italians. Even so, I’ve never seen it without laughing so hard that I cry! Charlie Dog’s rendition of a famous Italian song (I don’t know what the original is): At’sa matter, at’sa matter?? Hey!! At’sa matter for you? You eata my raviola And my pasta fagiole too I’mma give you caccitore And a pizza that’s good to chew At’sa matter you no like me?? Hey!!! At’sa matter for you?? And some of the malapropisms: Why don’t you-a go back to San Franpizza or Pastafadena? God, there’s nothing funnier than late 40’s or early 50’s Chuck Jones cartoons. ---

In 1999 the Cartoon Network did a countdown of their "Top 50 Cartoons of the Millennium. “Feed the Kitty” was #4. #1 was “Duck Amuck” ---
