While I don’t like to use the word ‘ **appalling** ’ when describing bad grammar(other than in jest) I have to disagree. Poorly written prose reads like a linguistic maze. Eventually you figure out the writer’s intentional meaning, but every inintentional one is like a wrong turn. You mentally have to back up and redirect your stream of thought in the intended direction. The most annoying _has_ to be the use of “irregardless”. Oh, and it’s not “Canadian Goose”, they’re called “Canada Geese”. ---

I really dislike the way people use the word learn when they mean teach “The school learned me about math” and another is swapping borrow for lend “Borrow me ten bucks 'till tomorrow” Maybe this does not happen in the US but it does over here. ---
