In a recent column on the [“Protocols of the Elders of Zion”](http://www.straightdope.com/mailbag/mzionprotocol.html), SDSTAFF David mentioned “Lord Alfred Douglas, an anti-Semitic leader in London”. Is this the same Lord Alfred Douglas that was involved with the Oscar Wilde scandals?
