And I want to hear more information from **Natlaw**. You said that you were keeping your name under wraps because it might be relevant for a counterclaim situation. But it works both ways: This _is_ a counterclaim situation. We don’t know if we can trust you, and one of the ways we can come to that decision is by hearing your claim and seeing if anyone counterclaims. I’d also like to learn how your power works, that you’re confident that a Scum godfather-type would not show up as a hobbit. In other words, I would like for you to quote or paraphrase your role PM, and we can decide from there where to go, and what other information (if any) to ask for. ---

so **hoop** i gather you are still voting me for calling you out on your b.s. or is there another reason? kind of a veiled omgys type of vote, which to be honest i don’t have a real problem with (the omgys not the defensiveness surrounding waffles). and **meeko** is voting for me for heaven knows what reason. i guess he thinks i was fishing when i suggested that **nat** , if she had additional information which she has already alluded to, that she should cough it up in case she died during the Night. whoo boy. i’d still like to hear more from **nat** and **astral** because i think there might be a connection that may run through this game. and i’d dearly like to hear back from **wanderer** regarding that late vote shift and the reasoning behind it. see the most part of Day one he is parked on **astral**. then he makes a late move to **burb** followed by a later move to **chippy**. hey, things were fluid, so what the hey, right? and then on Day 2 he flips from **astral** to **ed** at the last minute to change the lynch ( **mhaye** gets an assist on this, by the way). and i don’t normally look at vote patterns that closely but when they jump out like this i mean even i have to take notice. ---

He said that he knew **Astral** was Town because he investigated him, which implies that he’s an investigator. And his other investigation he said didn’t produce useful information. Yes, this is vague, and the timing sucked, but that’s why I’ve already said I want more information from **Natlaw**. You can hardly blame **Wanderers** for reacting to an odd play by **Natlaw** : It looks to me like the best decision he could have made in the face of the situation. ---

I’m not sure anyone really knows what’s balanced any more, and even if we can come up with what we think is balanced, that doesn’t mean that **Mahaloth** thought the same way we did. But the fact that they managed to kill the Doctor so easily suggests that they’re likely to have a role-blocker (I expect that **Natlaw** will also report being blocked), godfathers are extremely common, Scum investigators are relatively common, and they might have more goons, too. I think that we should plan with the assumption that they might have any of those. There might also be some Town roles or game mechanics which benefit the Scum, too: The existence of a Miller, for instance, would help the Scum, as would a role that hurt Town somehow if it died (like the day of mourning when Harry Potter died). And then, of course, there’s the Ring, assuming it exists, and who knows which side that’ll help. ---
