Of two things they could be sure. One, it was simultaneously dangerous and advantageous to be stuck in one location with the Servants of Darkness. Two, this would either lead to a great victory or a total defeat. “My friends,” said one Alliance of Light member, “We must decide who are really our allies and who are working with Sauron. This task has been given to us and we have this one unique opportunity to come together, work as a team, analyze what we know of each other, and possibly defeat Sauron and his fellow Servants of Darkness entirely. If we succeed, a great war can be averted.” A few voices spoke out, saying a variety of things. “How do we know who we can trust?” “We can only trust ourselves!” “Here, have some wine. Drink it! It’s right in front of you!” “I think all of you look shifty!” “Everyone is talking too fast! I can’t follow it!” The conversation was steady, but frustrating. No real clues arose as to who they could single out as a Servant of Darkness were there. Looks were exchanged. Words grew heated. Some listened attentively, while others tried to argue their points. No one person became the clear prime suspect. Their deliberations had been stressful, but how productive they were remained to be seen. The Alliance of Light gradually, but definitely cast their suspicion on Suburban Plankton. “He can’t be what he claims to be,” said several people. Others nodded, while some backed away. The decision to kill Suburban Plankton did not come quickly, but it had been made an nothing could stop it. Suburban Plankton sighed one final time and said, “I knew this was coming eventually. Just get it over with.” And they did. \*\* Suburban Plankton is now dead.\*\* But who was he? “Search his body. He told us he had the Palantir of Minas Anor. If so, we may need to keep it hidden….or perhaps use it to aid our cause,” said one Alliance member. Plankton’s body was searched, but nothing of interest was found. \*\*Suburban Plankton was Denethor, a member of the Servants of Darkness. \* \*\* It is now Night One. Day Two begins on Saturday at Noon Eastern. \*He was a vanilla scum, with no special powers of any kind. ---

I feel happy! I feel happy! On preview, I guess I just feel dead. 'tis a fair cop. Oh well, at least now I’ll have more time to play World of Warcraft… It was a good ride, even if it was a bit shorter than I’d hoped for. I’ll be back, and I’ll have learned from the mistakes I made here. Now I’m off to the Grey Havens…GO MORDOR! ---
